"I just got off the phone with Rev. Dr. Joan Brown Campbell, who had the good pleasure of using Marrow Transit to transport her from the Richmond Airport to the Williamsburg Inn last evening. Rev. Campbell has traveled the world extensively and has become accustomed to top-notch service wherever she goes.

When I asked her how things went last night upon her arrival, she went on and on about the level of customer service she received. She said she was especially impressed when she contacted you to tell you about her flight delay and you told her you had been tracking her flight and were already aware. The driver was most polite and attentive. She was not expecting the cold waters and candies provided. The vehicle was extremely clean. One of the most things that impressed her was when she asked the driver a political question, he answered her then gently changed the subject. I would guess that might have been because politics is one of the subjects one might want to stay away from.
